    One for the Cellar

    The 2021 Wulver is fantastic now, but I can tell it’s going to be even better with a few years of aging. The flavors of blackberry, plum, and spice are already well-balanced, and the structure is impeccable. If you’re patient enough to cellar it, you’ll be rewarded.
